This May, join Jodie for a month of gentle, restorative somatic movement designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and soften into your body’s natural rhythms. Each Thursday at 8 PM, we’ll gather in a supportive virtual space to explore slow, mindful exercises that release tension, improve mobility, and invite a deeper sense of ease.
These classes are perfect for anyone craving a weekly reset — a place to breathe, move intuitively, and feel more at home in your body. Jodie’s approach is accessible, nurturing, and rooted in curiosity rather than performance. Expect simple guided sequences, moments of stillness, and opportunities to notice what your body is ready to let go of.
